Learning a Musical Instrument

At Greenleaf, all children have the opportunity to learn a musical instrument. We have whole class teaching of recorders in year 3, ukulele in years 4, steel pans in Year 5 and samba band in year 6. Children can also choose to learn the violin, the flute, clarinet, piano and the guitar. All children can extend their knowledge of these instruments by attending recorder club and orchestra.
