Science
Make a list of all the light sources you can find in your home.
Get a parent to put 5 objects into different bags without telling you what they are. Without looking in the bag put your hand in and feel the object – write down or draw a picture of what you think it is. Was it hard to tell what was in the bags? Why? Now open up the bags, let the light in, and see what’s inside! What light source is illuminating the objects? Now draw what is actually inside each bag – how does it compare to what you thought? It is much easier to tell what’s in the bags now because you can use the light to see.
